Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Missed appointments without notice may result in additional charges.

Late payments may result in service delays or late fees.

If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will do our best to return and resolve the issue. Claims reported after this period may not qualify for a complimentary reservice.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or damage to unsecured items.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
